Keep Hush Live Dublin: Woozy Takeover
You have to admire the absolute state of the algorithm calling this a Country set. Half the crowd is in Stetsons looking for a hoedown, only to be absolutely battered by UK bassweight while spilling their £12 pints of craft cider in sheer confusion. A grimy, low-ceilinged London pub backroom where the bass bins are rattling the last remaining pint glasses off the sticky tables. This utterly mislabeled Country live set tracklist is actually a 139.4 BPM masterclass in UK underground bass.
Heavily rooted in 12A and 3B Camelot keys, the harmonic structure is dark and menacing. The mixing relies on quick, aggressive chops and colossal low-end energy that leaves the mid-range gasping for air. The tracklist is a proper love letter to the UK continuum. Dropping 'East Man - 8 Bar Techno' is a brutally stark, grime-infused choice.
Tossing in the absolute legendary anthem 'Mosca - Bax' guarantees the place goes entirely feral, while 'Exit99 - Steroids (Epoch Remix)' keeps the dread levels high. Launching from a menacing 'Unknown - Unknown' opening track, the set immediately establishes a 140 BPM stranglehold. It peaks with the iconic bounce of Mosca, before dissolving into the murky, rap-infused closing track, 'T.Bynz - Tokyo Cypher (Remix)'.
