1. Acceptance
By using TuneLab (tunelab.dev), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The Service
TuneLab provides free music tools for audio analysis and processing. Most tools run entirely on your device. Some tools offer optional cloud-assisted processing.
3. Your Content
- You retain all rights to audio files you upload or process
- You are responsible for having the right to use and process any audio you upload
- We do not claim any ownership or license over your audio files
- Cloud-processed files are deleted automatically after processing completes
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to circumvent security measures or access restrictions
- Overload the service with automated requests or scraping
- Redistribute or resell TuneLab tools or their output as a competing service
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary algorithms or models
5. Accuracy and Limitations
TuneLab's tools provide estimates and analysis based on algorithms. Results may not be perfectly accurate for all audio content. Specifically:
- BPM detection is typically accurate within 1 BPM for music with a clear beat
- Key detection may vary for tracks with ambiguous tonality
- Vocal separation and other AI-powered tools produce approximations that vary by source material
TuneLab is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific accuracy levels.
6. Paid Features
Some features require payment (processing minutes, passes). Payments are processed by Gumroad as Merchant of Record. Refund requests should be directed to Gumroad per their terms of service. Purchased minutes and passes are non-transferable.
7. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by emailing .
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TuneLab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or 50 EUR, whichever is greater.
9. Intellectual Property
TuneLab's tools, algorithms, user interface, and design are proprietary. You may use the tools for their intended purpose but may not copy, modify, or redistribute them.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the Republic of Poland. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Poland.
