Keep Hush Takeover
You've got to love the trust fund kids in Depop tracksuits pretending they grew up in the ends at this DJ live set. They show up trying to look hard, but end up looking like extras in a budget grime documentary, clutching their vapes like absolute lifelines. The techno tourists are totally out of their depth here, looking terrified every time the MC touches the mic. The vibe here is a gritty industrial estate rave with a soundsystem that threatens structural damage.
For the nerds picking apart this Alternative DJ venue tracklist, the technicals are proper sorted. The DJ stays firmly locked at exactly 140 BPM throughout, averaging 139.5 BPM, with a harmonic progression dominated by 12A and 11A Camelot keys that keep the heavy low-end energy (0.696) completely unrelenting. The crate-digging is absolutely massive, pulling no punches with the selections. Hearing "Cimm, Hijinx & Samba - The Work" dropped alongside "Lethal Bizzle, Wiley, Scorcher & Felix Dubs - Can't Touch This" is a stroke of pure genius that gets the crowd totally bubbling.
The journey is an unapologetic bassbin assault. Kicking things off, the opening track is "Unknown - Unknown", setting a menacing tone right away, leading up to a blistering peak before the closing track, "Tracey - Sex Life (feat. Riko Dan)", leaves the posers completely shell-shocked.
