Live at Anjunadeep x Printworks London 2021 (@Tinlicker)
RIP Printworks, the only club where you felt like you were raving inside a literal Death Star. The amount of people who spent the entire night filming the ceiling lights instead of dancing is exactly why we can't have nice things. The legendary, narrow industrial corridor is lit up by those iconic, descending rig lights, creating a sensory overload of lasers and melodic bass. Averaging 124.6 BPM, this Rominimal set wanders through 8A, 6B, and 6A keys.
What's mad here is the massive mid-range energy compared to the lows, highlighting Tinlicker's focus on huge, room-filling synths. Their mixing style is anthemic, building massive, emotional crescendos that wash over the crowd. The Tinlicker Printworks London tracklist is packed with their signature emotional rollers. Dropping the Adam K & Soha Vocal Mix of "Need To Feel Loved" alongside their own remix of the same track is a proper journey for the Anjuna faithful.
The Tinlicker live set begins with the haunting opening track "Mesmerized". The crowd completely loses it during "You Take My Hand (feat. Jamie Irrepressible)", before everything resolves into pure euphoria with the closing track "The Longest Road (feat. Lissie) [Deadmau5 Remix] [Mixed]" by Morgan Page.
